Vacation Home Checks

Our vacation home check services can  include:

  • Weekly home inspection

    • Outside (walk around to ensure all doors are locked and there are no broken windows)

    • Inside (check thermostat)

  • Outdoor light bulb replacement

  • Changing smoke detector batteries

  • Putting garage cans away after pick up

 

This is a valuable service when you cannot be on vacation all the time. 

 

We have found many different Issues over the years we have been able to notify owners about before there vacation  time is ruined.
